		<description>Yeah, in general I do well with sleep disturbances. If I pull an all-nighter one night, and then go to bed early the next night, usually after that I am back on track. I do have a hard time getting myself on an early schedule after vacation though (I&#039;m a night owl) because it usually means I will have to get up early after too little sleep , and I hate getting up after not enough sleep.</description>
