		<description>Nice setup. Have you ever tried using bookends in your file drawers to mimic the follower block (i.e., &quot;depth-adjuster thing&quot;)? Magnetic bookends work particularly well on metal drawers, and they&#039;re not much more expensive than the plain steel or cork-bottomed versions  (unless you buy heavy-duty ones from a library supply house).</description>
